Job Mission:

To harness the power of data to drive strategic decisions and get detailed customer insights, thereby maximizing revenue and growth for a subscription-based DTC company. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis : Compare and analyze data from various databases and tools to support data-driven business decisions. This is done to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can be leveraged to optimize operations and strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring : Develop processes and tools to continuously analyze model performance and data accuracy, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  • Subscription Model Development : Analyze data regarding our subscription models and give development suggestions applying them to data sets to derive actionable business insights.
  • Data Source Assessment : Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and the data collection process, ensuring high-quality and reliable data for analysis and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve data-related processes and implement tools that enhance data analysis and model accuracy, driving continuous improvement in data operations.
  • Reporting & Communication : Regularly prepare and present comprehensive reports on data findings, model performance, and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that data-driven decisions are aligned with business objectives.

  • Essential: University degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Desirable: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Essential: 3-7 years of experience in manipulating large data sets and building statistical models.
  • Desirable: Experience within a subscription-based DTC company or e-commerce environment.
