In this very exciting assistant role you'll provide administrative and functional support to the Head of Global Supply Chain including the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. You'll connect our Headquarters to international Subsidiaries across all functions and organizational levels within and beyond Supply Chain.

TEAM ASSISTANT

In this role you'll manage and maintain the team's calendars, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You'll further coordinate local and international team events and meetings, including managing logistics, preparing agendas, and taking and publish minutes and recordings. Finally, you'll support the team in topics such as preparing and booking expense reports, booking travel and accommodation, and ordering supplies.

EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS

You'll act as the point of contact for our external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and partners. This also contains the support in travel arrangements for market representatives visiting Red Bull's Headquarter.

SYSTEMS AND DATABASES

In this role you'll also maintain team documents and databases, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible to team members. You'll manage and maintain Supply Chain systems, platforms and tools. Finally, you'll conduct research and compile data as needed to support the team's work.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Finally, you'll assist with project management tasks, such as tracking timelines and deliverables, and following up on action items where required. You'll also assist with ad-hoc projects as needed aligned among the team.

Qualifications : Proven experience as a Team Assistant or in a similar role in an international environment

Teamplayer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Proactive, continuous improvement and quality minded

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Additional Information : Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.029,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
