Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) : Your Responsibilities :

  • Provide direction, coaching and individual feedback to a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to achieve their hiring objectives and drive a high performance culture
  • Build and enhance recruiting strategies, methodologies and capabilities
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning with key stakeholders for all departments at AT&S
  • Own your full lifecycle recruitment requisition portfolio for business critical and senior level positions
  • Lead ongoing process improvements using recruitment metrics and data to drive decision making
  • Manage the improvement of processes/procedures/concepts regarding recruitment, track and maintain data, special hiring projects
  • Participate, contribute and provide expertise to the global Talent Acquisition Excellence strategic initiatives

Your Profile :

  • University degree from an accredited university (preferably in Human Resources or related field)
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting position with at least 5 years’ experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of Labour Law with a strong understanding of payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of employer branding
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships with a variety of professionals such as business, HR, Talent Acquisition and other key players
  • Advanced knowledge of alternative sourcing techniques to find and engage passive applicants
  • Experience in leading interviews, knowledge in interview/moderation/presentation techniques
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (social media tools, web-platforms, blogs, MS Office)
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 70.000;
