ORDER MANAGEMENT

In this role you'll play a key role in overseeing production status and strategically managing collections. You'll actively engage with suppliers to ensure up-to-date availability forecasts, identifying and addressing any delays that may arise. In addition, you'll be responsible for effectively communicating and aligning availability plans with internal teams, whilst also maintaining strong supplier relationships and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION

As part of this role, you'll bee responsible for coordinating transportation from factories, working closely with forwarders to ensure timely delivery while also minimizing costs. You'll also play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all essential documentation. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to identify and implement strategies for improving costs and service levels.

WAREHOUSE ACTIVITIES

As a key player in our warehouse operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating, planning, aligning, and monitoring all aspects of warehouse forecast and inbound activities. Your role will involve addressing and resolving complaints regarding stock and inbound processes and ensuring the smooth coordination of additional warehouse efforts and the supply of necessary consumables. OTHER

Finally, you'll support in month

  • and year-end activities, participate in and drive improvement initiatives within purchasing, supply chain and beyond (including cross-functional projects). You'll also define and execute necessary reports and approve transport invoices.

Qualifications : 5 + years working experience within Operations (Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Process Management) or similar field, ideally within international environment

Excellent MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel), SAP, experience with other systems related to supply chain management beneficial as well as experience with project management

Proactive attitude, ability to work independently

Strong communication skills, team player

Flexibility, strong prioritization, and time management skills

Analytical way of thinking, reliability.

Additional Information : Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
