Research Specialist - Electron Beam Technology

Location: Austria, Brunn/Gebirge : The Team is responsible for the research and development of the e-beam sources of our e-beam lithography machines.

Your Responsibilities :

• Design, performing, and evaluation of experiments in the development of e-beam sources
• Development of components, techniques, and procedures, as well as documentation for the transfer to production
• Definition of tests, measurement routines and evaluation for qualification of sources in production
• Supervision, support, and development of test system environment in frame of source development
• Monitoring of e-beam source status in production and in the field and implement continuous improvement processes

Your Qualifications :

• MSc, PhD degree of physics or similar
• Experiences in conduction of experiments and analysis
• Very good organized working attitude
