In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of project management in the Global Data team. You will assist the PMO office to a standard PMO model by coordinating various cross functional projects and programs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Operative most notably in the initial project phases
- Incorporating lessons learned from projects back into the portfolio for overall project improvement
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and team members for scope definitions and documentations
- Documentation of deliverables
- Prepare & present decisions for management by providing several solutions to enable decision making
PMO OFFICE
- Ensuring the execution of our portfolio strategy
- Project monitoring and governance
- Ensuring transparency of our projects work
- Ensuring clear communication to all project, program, and portfolio stakeholders
- Balancing portfolio, program, and project manager needs within an integrated setup
- Developing customized dashboards and reports for transparency
Qualifications :
- First professional experience in a controlling, planning, or project management
- Advanced knowledge in project and process management
- High flexibility, strong drive and team commitment
- Ability to quickly identify and analyze requirements and define solutions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Capability to communicate precisely, effectively, convincingly and facts-based with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work self-directed and under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.036,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
