Administrative officer fulltime (f/m/d)

Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Aufgaben

  • Operative and administrative

support of the Management Team

  • Preparation

and follow-up of appointments and meetings (presentations, including taking minutes)

  • Contact

person for our customers / customer care

  • Identification

of optimization potential and initiation of concrete measures

  • Creation

of reports and analyses

  • Research activities

(identification of new suppliers, new partners, etc.)

  • Participation

in customer briefings

  • Organization and implementation of trade

fairs and events

  • Service Partner for the

Team General administrative activities (appointment coordination, newsletter, orders, office work)

Qualifikation

  • Qualifications in secretarial and administrative studies
  • Proven work experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Attention to detail
  • Open minded and able to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
