Das erwartet dich : As a Manager eMotor Engineering you are leading a multi-cultural team of experts who are designing eMotors for the next generation of eDrive systems. As a team, you design and optimize electrical machines using modern simulation tools and optimization algorithms. To make this happen, you collaborate closely with various internal departments, suppliers and scientific institutes. You’re joining a team where you are supported by a diverse group of friendly and collaborative people, with a shared passion for the work we do.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical and disciplinary lead of the eMotor development team (> 20 team members)
• Responsibility for the eMotor development for all Magna Powertrain product lines, in alignment with other eMotor engineering sites (e.g. Traiskirchen)
• Support the Senior Manager eMotor with the definition of the eMotor strategy of Magna Powertrain
• Define and continuously improve tools and methods to engineer eMotors
• Participation in project teams, including close collaboration with project members of internal departments (electronics development, design, testing), suppliers and customers.

Das bringst du mit :

• Successful completion of a technical education (TU/FH) with focus on Mechatronical or Electrical Engineering
• Extensive know-how in the field of eDrive development and powertrain electrification
• 3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Excellent leadership skills (change management competence, social & intercultural competence)
• Deep understanding of international organizations and processes
• Strategic thinking, results driven and decision-making personality with excellent complex problem-solving capabilities
• Very good language skills in German and English

Das bieten wir : Neben zahlreichen Benefits ist es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttojahresgehalt für 38,5 Stunden beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 41.400. Eine Überzahlung ist jedoch aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
