Logistics Specialist - 3pl Management

We are looking for a Global Logistics Specialist to strengthen our Global Logistics Department at the international Red Bull Headquarter in Salzburg, Austria. : In this challenging position, you'll focus on driving innovation and improvements in cooperation with our 3rd party Logistics Partners for both transportation and warehousing of our beverages and related raw materials. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders of different departments, keeping an end-to-end perspective. Additionally, you'll be involved in innovative logistics projects and will support our local subsidiaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths : All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand allMANAGEMENT OF 3PL-PARTNERS

Monitor and control international inbound and outbound deliveries, coordinate extraordinary transportation issues together with our 3PL - Partners

Plan and coordinate international tenders aligned with our 3PLs

Conduct benchmark analysis of our 3PL - Partners and initiate actions to upgrade their performancePROCESS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Administrate processes and data relevant for the execution of our supply chain in our ERP-System

Develop new or change existing processes with a focus on automatization and monitor their execution

Lead new projects to improve our business performance and cost structureSTAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Consolidate upcoming needs and requirements from our local subsidiaries and adjust our processes and supply chain accordingly

Identify and pursue opportunities to improve services for our internal customers, process efficiency as well as cost structure

  • EXPERIENCE

  • Your areas of knowledge and expertise : that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Logistics / Supply Chain, preferably in an international FMCG environment

  • Strong project management skills with a definite “completer / finisher” mentality

  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office, experience in SAP preferred

  • Team player, proactivity, strong communication skills, problem solver

  • Willingness to learn, work and take on responsibility in a demanding and fast-changing environment

  • Process orientation: holistic view of processes and experience in change management projects

  • An analytical mind, able to isolate key issues and plan major initiatives to minimize problems and exploit opportunities

  • Degree in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on Supply Chain) or equivalent education.

  • Very good knowledge of English, fluent German is a plus.

  • Travel 0-10%
