We are looking for a highly engaged and motivated Junior Product Manager who will join our apparel & accessories Product Management team working on projects such as RB Leipzig, FC Red Bull Salzburg, EHC Red Bull München etc. In this exciting role, you’ll support the Teamsport Manager across the full creation process from market analysis to range briefing all the way through to the product launch as well as taking care of your own projects. Product Creation Process
In this role you will be fully involved within the Product Management team during the product creation process through market insights, competitor research and sales analysis, using and sharing this gathered information to help build the product brief and as a guide throughout the creation process. With the support and guidance of the team you will develop and take responsibility of your own projects to further expand your product management skills.
Go to market strategy
As a Junior Product Manager you will also be involved in the creation of the go to market plan and support the Product Management team in the creation of the sell in materials. You will attend meetings with design and marketing to deepen your understanding of how the process works and gain insights into how product story telling is key to both brand building and commercial success.
Account/Club and Vendor Relationship Management
One of the main responsibilities will be to grow and manage relationships with clubs/partners and 3rd party vendors in order to bring the best possible product to life.
Qualifications : 0-3 years of experience in the sport apparel/accessories industry
University degree in Sports-, Business Management, Product/Textile Development or similar and/or relevant experience
Fluent German and English
Analytical thinking, understanding of complex processes and MS Excel & Illustrator skills
Agile team player mentality
Able to work on multiple projects with good written and verbal communication skills
Organizational talent that always keeps a cool head
Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and desire to learn
Additional Information : Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
