Our Global Compensation & Benefits team is responsible for all aspects of employee compensation, meaning salaries, and global benefits. Sounds interesting? Join us for exciting challenges in multiple HR- topics. We’re looking for an intern that will help us to bring our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Transformation Project to the next level. Our project is focused at making our C&B processes faster, more efficient and customer centric. Join our team and become one of the driving forces behind changes in C&B. As of now, we’re looking for a motivated talent supporting our team for 6 months with the possibility to extend up to 1 year.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths : All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand allCOMMUNICATION

In this exciting role you will be supporting the team with change management by being responsible for creating & sending out agreed communication packages to our internal stakeholders in a timely manner. You will cooperate with local Compensation & Benefits teams and members of different global and local HR teams.TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

You will support the team with different kinds of analysis needed for the Transformation Project together and compile them in a visualised manner. You will also prepare project documentation, mapping processes and support the development of our internal communication & training strategy and its execution.SUPPORT

As our C&B Intern, you are responsible for meetings & workshops scheduling as well as supporting the team with meetings and workshop organization. You will work on setting up a secure way of sharing compensation & benefits related documents and manage access rights to our internal data base.

  • EXPERIENCE

  • Your areas of knowledge and expertise : that matter most for this role:

  • MS office knowledge (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

  • “Can do” attitude.

  • Quick learner.

  • Analytical but still creative.

  • Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude.

  • Reliable person able to follow through and work on certain tasks independently.

  • Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (BA/Master degree).

  • Fluent in English.
