PALFINGER stands for the most innovative, reliable, and economical lifting solutions used in commercial vehicles, rail vehicles, bridge inspection equipment and in the maritime sector.

To strengthen our team in Bergheim, Salzburg we are looking for a HR Specialist Organizational Development and Processes (m/w/d) within the Center of Excellence (CoE) Organizational Development and Change Management.

YOUR TASKS :

  • Support the further development of existing HR core processes (Recruiting, Onboarding & Termination Management).
  • Draft communication templates/documents for change communication.
  • Support with the design of concepts and models for the CoE
  • Support with the facilitation of workshops (analysis, preparation, execution, documentation and follow up including monitoring)
  • Support in ongoing HR projects within the CoE OD/CM in various phases, e.g., analysis, diagnosis, evaluation, feedback loops etc.
  • Design and roll out of training concepts.

YOUR QUALIFICATION :

  • Degree (bachelor or master) in Social Sciences/Business Administration or comparable academic background with focus on Human Resources/Organization.
  • At least 3 years of relevant job experience required, ideally within HR with focus on Processes, Project
  • and Change Management.
  • First experience in defining, roll out & evaluation of HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Offboarding) including monitoring, additionally in conducting trainings, and facilitating workshops.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • Highly effective & collaborative working style, drive & passion balanced with patience & tenacity.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and affinity for digital tools e.g., MS Teams, Forms, SharePoint, or Miro, Menti, etc.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is 46.346,72 Euro gross per year).
