PALFINGER stands for the most innovative, reliable and economical lifting solutions used in commercial vehicles, rail vehicles, bridge inspection equipment and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our team in Bergheim, Salzburg we are looking for a HR Senior Process Expert Recruiting, Onboarding and Termination (m/w/d) within the Center of Excellence (CoE) Organizational Development and Change Management.

YOUR TASKS :

  • Define and document the global frame (policies, processes, tools, KPIs) fostering a good balance of global standards and regional/local flexibility.
  • Define the configuration and support the implementation and testing of new digital processes/tools/modules or releases thereof.
  • Develop “Train the trainer” concepts with the Process Expert of HR Learning for global standards, provide training concept and material.
  • Consultant to the regions/locations, foster regular exchange and co-create regional strategies/tools.
  • Manage global external partners, align with regions/locations on partner strategy/selection by ensuring synergies, consistency and quality.
  • Monitor trends and developments in the respective fields of expertise.
  • Evaluate the maturity level of local entities/regions with regional experts, monitor the implementation of global standards and the compliance to these.
  • Manage or work within programs and projects (defined pilots like e.g. Digital Master Class) within the CoE Organizational Development and Change Management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Master’s degree in social sciences/Business Administration or comparable qualification with focus on Human Resources
  • 5 years of relevant job experience required: Ideally as HR Business Partner within an international matrix organization or as Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Passion to work “on the system” instead of “in the system”
  • High degree of self-organization, assertiveness, creative drive, ability to deal with conflict, patience and perseverance
  • Intercultural competence and proven skills in change management and communication
  • Proven process and project management skills
  • Holistic background and experience in training and workshop facilitation
  • Ideally experience in defining processes, KPI’s, policies and collaboration models (e.g. RACI) as well as in pre-auditing and process controlling
  • Fluent in German and Business English, further languages welcome
  • Willingness to travel on a global level up to 20%

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is 47.612,04 Euro gross per year).
