Company Description : The webshops require daily management to ensure they are up to date to reflect events, launches, marketing campaigns, etc. Therefore, the eCommerce Specialist needs to be on top of all changes and conduct them with speed and accuracy.
Webshop maintenance
In this role you'll ensure correct images and descriptions are displayed for products and maintain translations for all text on the website. Ensuring marketing assets are maintained on the live system correctly and at the right time will be another part of your responsibility. You'll also manage the lifecycle of the product catalogue as well as coordinate with the operations team for pricing implementation.
Coordinate launch timings
Your main responsibility involes aligning with Digital Merchandiser, Marketing, Sales and Product Teams on execution timelines. You'll also give feedback on feasibility of pre-order launches to ensure the best customer experience.
Respond to webshop errors
Managing daily monitoring of webshop error identification and taking action on errors found is another key aspect of your role as well as documenting all error handling in the ‘Error handling’ communication channel.
Responding to customer service requests that require backend changes
On a daily basis, you'll resolve and respond customer service tickets that involve the webshop or webshop backend and follow the guidelines set out by the Customer Experience Specialist.
Test webshop deployments
Running multiple tests with different scenarios whenever there are deployments and giving feedback discovery of bugs/defects to the eCommerce Manager/ technology partner for correction will be another part of your responsibility.
Creation of voucher code and promotions
At the request of the business, customer service or marketing, voucher codes should be created and distributed. You'll create and test promotions requested by the sales/marketing teams.
Qualifications : Highly organised with problem solving mentality
Experience in webshop content management
Experience in SAP Commerce
Understanding of various systems including ERP, CMS, PSP, CRM and PIM. HTML skills/insights
Additional Information : Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
