Digital Expert (M/F/x) Cit Project Management

We develop existing business processes further and, where necessary, we also rethink things completely.

• In this interesting and international role, you are the central contact person and consultant for our project managers on all topics concerning software tools (Office365, Planview, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence) and provide documentation and training.
• You are a key user for our project management and software tools and continuously evaluate our project tool landscape and support with tool administration.
• You provide standardized project and portfolio reporting to ensure complete transparency and overview of all project information.
• You will ensure correct compliance with the project management processes.

Ihr Profil

• You have a profound knowledge and very good understanding of project management as well as a high affinity and interest for IT tools.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• You are experienced in training people, and you enjoy presenting in the online as well as the offline world.
• Any knowledge of Planview, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, or Office 365 is an additional asset.
• You enjoy dealing with different people, cultures, and stakeholders (also at senior management level) and you meet your colleagues and partners with the right feeling for intercultural communication.
• Very good analytical skills, an independent and hands-on working style, as well as taking over responsibility for the own work is expected.
