DIGITAL BRAND CAMPAIGNS ACTIVATIONS
In this role you'll be responsible for ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and user experiences across Red Bull markets. You'll the creation, optimization, and publishing of engaging campaigns with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. In this position, you'll plan and execute digital brand campaigns on the website, including product launches, in-store promotions, and on-premise activations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the marketing calendar. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators related to website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates will be essential, using data insights to optimize brand activation strategies and improve overall performance will also be a part of your role.
COLLABORATION IS KEY
You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of brand activation initiatives on the website and its tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with over 75 country digital teams and regional digital teams to understand and support market-specific needs and preferences, providing guidance and support in adapting global brand activation strategies to local markets. You'll also manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in digital brand activation initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
BE AHEAD OF TRENDS
Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and brand activation is crucial, as you'll explore innovative approaches to enhance the company’s online brand presence.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Fluent in english
Proven experience (3 years+) in digital marketing, brand management or related roles with a proven track record of successfully managing digital brand activation initiatives
Creative flair and innovative thinking with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives that resonate to target audience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
Strong project management and analytical skills
Familiarity with website management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred
E-commerce experience is a plus
Additional Information : Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
