Company Description : The purpose of the Earned Services team is to increase the reach and impact of media coverage for Red Bull worldwide. We achieve this by identifying and creating compelling stories from the World of Red Bull and making them easily accessible to media outlets through innovative B2B tools like the Red Bull Content Pool.
The main objective of the Content Pool Activations Manager is to oversee and manage the media contact database, manage the customer ticketing system for inbound Red Bull Content Pool enquiries, and promote the Red Bull Content Pool to third party media via offline and online marketing activities. The position is initially temporary for two years.
Earned Media Contact database
Develop solutions for Red Bull's media contact database, to ensure a functional and cutting-edge media contact database that meets the specific needs of the business
Ensure the smooth operation of the approved tool, including implementing robust issues management systems and promptly resolving any problems with the Global Platforms team
Formulate strategies to enhance the reach of global distributions. This may involve working with third-party media contact database companies and maintaining a high-quality media contact database, among other initiatives
Take charge of overseeing and supporting the management and processes of the Media Contact Database. Continuously strive to challenge the existing practices and establish the most efficient and legally compliant systems.
Collaborate with the Legal and Global Platforms Teams to ensure that the tool complies with legal requirements and facilitates appropriate usage of the contacts
Stay updated on industry developments and market solutions
Serve as the main point of contact and provide guidance, advice, and stakeholder support (such as country Communication Managers, freelancers, and agencies) in effectively utilizing the Earned Services media contact database.
Media Communication via Ticketing system Zendesk
Ensure effective external communication with media through channels such as the Service Desk, Chatbox, and Phone calls. Continuously explore and assess new opportunities for communication and engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact, offering guidance, advice, and support to internal stakeholders for all inquiries received through the Service Desk
Brief external freelancers in terms of time allocation and administrative duties. Regularly review communication with external parties and provide feedback
Red Bull Content Pool activation
Develop marketing strategies, that align with the organization's business goal, to promote Red Bull Content Pool to target third-party media
Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to explore opportunities for utilizing Red Bull Content Pool and distribution tools during Red Bull events and external media conferences
Supervise the development of innovative ideas to promote the Red Bull Content Pool to key media audiences and maximize engagement
Identify relevant industry events targeted towards the media and employ innovative strategies to activate the Red Bull Content Pool platform
Oversee the conceptualization, design creation, and production of promotional tools and communication methods to drive media engagement and call-to-action
Brief and manage agencies including tasks such as identification, liaising with internal stakeholders, drafting and executing contracts, and overseeing performance management
Qualifications : Strong awareness of the media industry and working with media partners and agencies
Demonstrated capability to deal with digital tools and a good technical understanding
Proven ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and drive innovation and change
Creative, innovative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results
Experience in direct and digital marketing
Fluency in English, German a plus
Additional Information : Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
